By using your UP Phone, you accept the End User License agreement, which incorporates our App Center Terms of Service, Application End User License Agreement, and Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you will use the device in accordance with the Safety and Security instructions and our Acceptable Use Policy. The terms of your device warranty can be found here.
