Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time typically takes 1-2 business days from the date your order is placed, depending on product availability and order volume.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your shipment.

Delivery of an order shall be completed when the products are delivered to the address you provided.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Available options may vary based on your location and include the following:

  • Free Expedited Shipping (US): Enjoy Free FedEx 2Day Shipping on orders of $50 or more (estimated delivery within 2 business days. Delivery times to and from select ZIP codes in Alaska and Hawaii may differ from delivery times in the contiguous U.S.).
  • Free Standard Shipping (US): Orders under $50 ship via FedEx SmartPost (estimated delivery within 2-7 business days).
  • PO Boxes (US): Shipped via FedEx SmartPost (then transferred to USPS), with estimated delivery in 14-30 days.
  • Puerto Rico and Other U.S. Territories: Shipped via FedEx SmartPost (then transferred to USPS), with estimated delivery in 14-30 days; additional customs delays may occur.
  • Canada: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties upon delivery.
  • United Kingdom & European Union: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. Import VAT and duties are calculated and collected at checkout. These amounts are final, and you should not be charged additional taxes or duties on delivery. We ship via FedEx International Priority, which typically delivers in 1-3 business days to most UK and EU destinations. Please note that customs clearance may add additional time (typically 0-2 business days). Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or regional holidays.

Adult Signature on Delivery

We generally ship orders without requiring an adult signature upon delivery. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to require an adult signature for certain shipments- for example, for high-value orders, orders flagged by our payment system as potentially high-risk, or in other situations where we deem it necessary to ensure secure delivery. If we require an adult signature for your order, we will notify you by email before the shipment is dispatched.

Shipping Delays and Issues

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors. If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

In cases of lost or damaged shipments, we work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@unplugged.com to initiate a claim.

Pre-Orders

If your order is a Pre-Order (or a reservation of out-of-stock items), you may cancel at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched/shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled under our standard return policy.

Changes and Cancellations

Products are shipped to you based on the information which you provide to us and you are responsible for the accuracy of such information. If any regulations are breached (including but not limited to export/import regulations) due to inaccurate information provided by you then you are responsible for such breach.

We understand that plans may change, so we aim to accommodate modifications to your shipping information or cancellations before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
